You can also take our personalized quiz on the website to get started with a tailored plan.
How do subscriptions work?
LiftAI offers subscription plans through the Apple App Store. Subscriptions are processed by Apple. You can manage your subscription, including cancellation, directly through your Apple ID settings or the App Store. All payment processing is handled securely by Apple.
Can I use LiftAI without a subscription?
LiftAI offers a free 3 day trialFor access to advanced AI-powered personalization, unlimited workout plans, and premium features, a subscription is required. You can try the app for free to see if it's right for you.
How do I update my profile information?
You can update your profile information at any time through the Settings screen in the app. This includes your fitness goals, preferences, equipment availability, and any injuries or limitations. Updating your profile helps the AI generate more accurate workout recommendations.
Is my data secure and private?

Can I delete my account?

- Check subscription status: Some AI features may require an active subscription
